As a psychotherapist, I help my clients achieve their goals for happier and healthier lives. I use many modalities including EMDR, Clinical Hypnosis and Ego-State Therapy.

I provide therapy for negative beliefs, dissociative disorders, disturbing memories, grief/loss, pain management, parent/child bonding, performance anxiety, phobias, posttraumatic stress, stress reduction and victims of trauma.
